We are on the lookout for an ERP Manager to lead the ERP operations team in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. This team includes business analysts, functional analysts, and support personnel. As the ERP Manager, you will help develop and ultimately execute plans for ERP systems implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and sustaining support. Your team will be involved in large ERP projects with diverse technical and business stakeholders. In conjunction with our Solutions Architect, you will help evaluate, select, and integrate new tools and functionality. This role will advise on staffing needs, oversee training programs, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements including SOX.

You Will:
  • Direct staff to ensure goals and objectives are completed within established project timelines
  • Work with business teams to define requirements and map business processes to ERP modules (often in conjunction with consultants.)
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of gaps in business processes
  • Proactively escalate issues and risks to facilitate resolution or re-prioritization
  • Manage business stakeholder engagement, training, and ongoing support of ERP
  • Support issue resolution and root cause analysis related to ERP functionality, configuration, and data
  • Support testing and training for enhancements made to the ERP system
  • Build relationships with business users to ensure successful delivery of functionality, adherence to standard processes, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate and collaborate at all levels of the business to ensure appropriate deployment of processes and business systems  
  • Prepare for system changes, additions, and enhancements with all affected areas and users in advance of production deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external software change management best practices and requirements, including SDLC and SOX
  • Hiring, managing schedules, performance reviews, productivity management, and resource allocation
You Bring:
  • Strong understanding and experience in ERP best practices methodology
  • Experience planning and managing the execution of implementation projects
  • At least 3 years of experience managing ERP resources, ideally through a large implementation(s)
  • Ability to work with a diverse set of users from upper management to end users and communicate effectively across groups
  • Experience in environments with integrated enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, HRIS
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and practices
  • Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of ERP solutions
  • Experience managing contracted and/or consultant resources
  • Experience with operational management of ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft ERP software
  • Experience with green-field ERP implementations
  • Experience managing through changing priorities, shifting milestones, and expanding scope
