We’re on the lookout for industrial maintenance technicians for our Coolidge manufacturing facility. The main focus of this position is to perform routine maintenance. 

You will:

  • Carry out troubleshooting, routine maintenance and preventive maintenance activities throughout the facility in accordance company practices
  • Perform simple to complex calibrations, and modifications of equipment and systems
  • Resolve equipment breakdowns in efforts to minimize downtime
  • Perform rebuilds of equipment, upgrades to existing equipment and support installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose causes of equipment failures and apply corrective actions
  • Enter and Process Preventive Maintenance information in PM Tracking System
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner, document, and provide feedback
  • Recommend best practices for preventative maintenance
  • Read, interpret and inspect blueprints, layouts, and schematics
  • Maintain parts inventory and other plant consumable supplies
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance System for activity logging and data entry

 You’ll need:

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Minimum (3) three years' experience in industrial / manufacturing maintenance – preferably in automotive assembly operations
  • License as millwright or electrician strongly preferred
  • Effective oral & written communication
  • Ability to follow directions while being a self-starter
  • Capability to perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic system repairs safely and within specifications
  • Must be able to physical cover property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time including on roofs (heights)

Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada.  This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
