We’re on the lookout for Master Technicians who can take a lead role on the shop floor and guide a team of technicians, managing repairs.  This role is of a “Working Foreman” and/or “Working Lead Technician.”  We’re looking for skilled Technicians who have the ability to delegate and manage work assignments to inhouse and vendor supplied technicians; but have the ability and passion to jump in and work side by side with the team. Also the capability of Instructing, mentoring and coaching dealership based technicians is necessary.  

The ideal candidate will have intimate technical knowledge and understanding of all BEV functions, components, and safety requirements necessary to operate and maintain this technology.  You’ll be the primary driver for operational program success, so you’ll be required to use your world class customer service skills to interact with customer fleets and drivers as required.  

Importantly, the Master Service Technicians will turn into "Trainers”, teaching others how to service new technology and company assets.  To be successful you will have technical capability accompanied by previous experience with BEV or CNG Inspector Certified.  Hydraulic system repair experience strongly preferred.    

Additionally, you have:

  • A minimum of 8 years applicable work experience
  • A minimum of 4 years supervisory experience 
  • Previous expertise in class-8 alt-fuel environment
  • Understanding of fleet carrier dynamics 
  • A sense of urgency 
  • Effective, professional communication skills, up & down stream 
  • Proficiency with both Diagnostic and Maintenance software

Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada.  This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
