This role is based at our Phoenix, AZ HQ, and would require relocation to the Phoenix area.

We’re excited to work with a Product Analyst that is data-driven, disciplined, and pragmatic. You are able to quickly adapt, course-correct, and allow the data to lead us in the right direction. You’re able to uncover the user’s needs and pain points from engaging our customers, partners, and most importantly, diving into the data.

What you’ll be creating:

Conducting market research.

Synthesizing data into actionable goals.

Launch, test, and iterate on our consumer-facing products.

Writing and preparing detailed feature definitions, stories and reports.

Presenting product information to internal teams as well as external partners.

Maintaining feature roadmaps.

Owning the success and accuracy of the product.

What you “must” already bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering software products.
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Ability to present complex technical information and data in clear, concise text.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience delivering software products using Agile methodologies or similar

Additional Profile Characteristic Preferred:

  • Experience delivering SaaS, automotive technology, or fleet management systems.
  • Experience working with or building APIs.
  • Experience delivering Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
  • Experience defining hypotheses and scope for research projects with Product Marketing or UX Research teams.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of data science models.
