The Senior Engineer Fuel Cell System will be a self-starter willing to push the envelope of innovation, system performance and cost reduction in order
to meet the company targets. You will be a team player who considers how their work impacts others and treats the company and its resources as
their own.

You will:
  • Work with Lead System Engineer on the fuel cell system requirements
  • Lead the development of subsystem requirements for Air, H2, and cooling loops
  • Lead the development of fuel cell system software functional requirements
  • Represent the fuel cell system during technical design and development activities
  • Support development of the fuel cell system DVP
  • Support the requirements development of the intake and exhaust system requirements and DVP
  • Collaborate with program management, manufacturing, design & development teams, purchasing, and partners to ensure on time sign-offs at program milestones and engineering gateways
  • Support efficient issue/risk identification, communication, tracking, and resolution
  • Work towards becoming a subject matter expert for fuel cell systems and integration
You Have:
  • Years of relevant experience 3+
  • Experience in a system engineering role
  • Experience in automotive applications regulatory requirements for U.S. and EU
  • Experience in requirements management
  • Experience with functional safety and HARA
  • Good understanding of system/component design/development processes
  • Good communication and time management skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Years of experience 5+
  • Experience in Fuel cell system modeling with GT Suite or similar
  • Experience with Simulink/MATLAB
  • Experience with calibration
  • Experience with system testing
  • Experience with vehicle testing
  • Experience with pumps, compressors, sensors
  • Experience with automotive VDP processes
  • Experience with Class 8 Trucks
Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
