This role is based at our Phoenix, AZ HQ, and would require relocation to the Phoenix area.

The Systems Analyst plays a key role in defining and improving our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software capabilities. You will become a recognized subject matter expert working closely with business and technical staff as we transform and scale our quickly growing ERP footprint. You'll work with external consultants as well as internal IT to ensure ERP is implemented, supported, and continuously improved. Based on your aptitude and interest, you will have the opportunity to support one or more functional areas like procurement, logistics, manufacturing, accounting, corporate finance, quality, and others.

What you’ll be a part of:

  • Develop a deep understanding of how ERP supports business processes
  • Support business users in developing Functional Design Documents for new functionality
  • Contribute to the design of ERP solutions to address business process issues or support changing business processes
  • Assist with issue resolution and root cause analysis related to ERP functionality, configuration, and data
  • Support testing and training for enhancements made to the ERP system
  • Act as an issue escalation path for users
  • Act as a champion in applying best practices
  • Build relationships with business users to ensure successful delivery of functionality, adherence to standard processes, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate and collaborate at all levels of the business to ensure appropriate deployment of processes and business systems 
What you “must” already bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in business analysis, project management, or software implementation
  • 1 to 3 years creating user stories or similar documentation to support requirements gathering
  • 1 to 3 years creating design documentation to support software development
  • 1 to 3 years working with and/or supporting users of ERP, WMS, MES, or similar enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to work with a diverse set of users from upper management to end users and communicate effectively across groups

Additional Profile Characteristic Preferred:

  • Experience with software implementation/development in a manufacturing, product development, or logistics company
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Netsuite, or similar ERP system

 

Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. 

This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
